• Responsible for the Value Stream productivity and ensuring quality standards are maintained to the highest level.• Drive shift performance to achieve and exceed the agreed production output.• Liaise with HR, Engineering, Planning, Quality, & component departments to plan & achieve departmental objectives• Attend, schedule and facilitate internal meetings to help establish priorities and assign tasks • Lead daily PIT 1 and weekly PIT 2 meetings ensuring key priorities are agreed and resources assigned• Monitor & analyze OEE and Scrap data daily to ensure that Productivity and COPQ targets are achieved.• Ensure that plant objectives across Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost are understood, communicated, and met• Develop shift leaders and production operators through involvement, delegation, and regular reviews of performance. • Maintain high standards of safety and housekeeping to ensure production floor, machines and equipment are maintained in a safe and clean condition.• Keep appropriate records and reporting systems on all related matters such as maintenance, safety issues, absenteeism • Prepare and present Value Stream data for weekly Management Walk and presentation of progress reports to management• Manage shift roster, annual leave, weekend cover, overtime, call out.• Ensure compliance with all Quality procedures, relevant environmental procedures, site, and corporate policies and facilitate daily QRQC meeting• Ensure all internal documentation is correct and up to date for external auditors• Safety Culture- Lead and participate in weekly safety discussions and monthly Toolbox Talks. - Method Statement and Risk Assessments- 1500+ days without a Lost Time Accident in Value Stream 3- 80% Reduction in Lost Time Accidents across the site since commencement of Safety Culture Programme in 2017• Operation Excellence- Team Lead for the Value Stream Transformation of RAST 2.5 Product Family- Developed Process Map of Current State & Future State

- Ensure stock levels support daily manufacturing- Maintain procedures for all inventory control process and functions- Ensure integrity and accuracy of stock management system- Optimise use of SAP functions and tools within Inventory Management- Weekly Inventory Counting- Participate in Year End Audit - Works closely with planning teams to supply inventory and materials to assembly areas- Responsible for Inventory Administration (Correcting SAP Errors, Updating SAP)
