I have worked within waste recycling since leaving school in 1984 and progressed my career through to Management level.Through hard work and dedication I increased my knowledge and experience, and ultimately became the Manager of my own site in Wellingborough where I worked until the decision was made by Wellingborough Council to transfer responsibility for it's waste disposal following a contract tendering process.I have worked within all aspects of waste management and am happy to undertake a hands-on role in order to promote an effective team-working environment.I am also happy within a management role and my aim is to manage my own site again , and increase it's efficiency to maximum potential. I am willing to re-locate for the right opportunity.
