I have had over 20 years in the water treatment industry. The majority of this time has been spent in a sales consultant/service chemist post, visiting customer sites to test process waters and offer advice on chemical treatment programmes to enhance plant function and ensure compliance.On a day to day basis I work on cooling towers, evaporative condensers, closed chilled/heating systems and steam raising plant.For most of my clients, I have responsibility for all aspects of account management, compliance, testing and reporting of results. Quote preparation and submission is a key element of my role.Current contract management sites include providers of district energy scheme and food multi-nationals.
