• Lead and manage subsystem engineering for Advanced Molecular Imaging (AMI) acquisition and detectors group.• Responsible for the creation, management, and execution of subsystem requirements, component specifications, and test cases for AMI acquisition and detector subsystem across all product lines (Analog / Digital PET) currently in Doors and ALM.• AMI acquisition and detector subsystem requirements include software, hardware, calibration, and performance requirements which must meet current verification processes, system requirements, and quality/regulatory requirements (Ex. 21 CFR Part 820, IEC 60601).• Planned, maintained and communicated overall project schedule, project risks, and performance metrics to management for subsystem deliverables.• Lead, managed, and coordinated AMI engineers and contractors in activities required to support the acquisition subsystem.• Responsible for the creation, calibration, and maintenance of software and hardware tools used for AMI subsystem testing and analysis. • Responsible for the upgrade, functionality, and maintenance of the acquisition subsystem for the first clinical installed Digital PET alpha system at University Hospitals.
