• Oversee all onsite activities for the renovation of two residential apartment buildingso Trent Center project included demolition of existing floors so apartments could be rebuilt to ADA compliance while the building was occupied and adding a full service kitchen.o Architect’s Housing project included complete window replacement, MEP upgrades to all building systems and elevator replacement.

•• Developed scopes of work, bidder’s lists, contractor negotiations and budget review for specialties trades at the Liberty Club House. Developed design changes for feature stairs and spa area that reduced the budget by $ 350,000. Monitored material deliveries for schedule compliance and reviewed and approved construction claims• Developing scopes of work, bidder’s lists along with contractor negotiations and budget reviews for a contaminated material storage facility on the Bristol Myers site.

• Supervised and managed all project activities for the new McMaster Carr 650,000 sq. ft. east coast distribution center. Responsible for all core and shell work and fit out of office space with employee cafeteria and kitchen. Accommodated the owner changes which included the addition of two emergency generators made after construction start, with minimal impact on schedule.• Estimating and budget reviews for future warehouses and was able to reduce the roof construction cost by $2 per sq. ft. on 800,000 square feet.

• Expansion of EBI manufacturing facilities included a 2 story 30,00sf addition with site work.• Multiple tenant fit out projects at the Waterfront Corporate Center (300,000 sf.) acted as both project manager and superintendent for the work to ensure projects were completed within budget and in accordance with design documents and tenants request.• As owner rep. for Bysis Corporate Headquarters (250,000 sq. ft.) monitored the activities of the general contractor for core and shell work and oversaw subcontractors performing the tenant fit out and site work Inclusive of a 2 story precast parking structure.
