⁍ Lead a team of Technician in remediating vulnerable machines, while ensure as little down time for the customer machines. ⁍ Depending on vulnablity, anywhere from a few hundred to almost One thousand machine will need to be correct in the most time efficient post haste manor. ⁍ To aid in the need for speedy repair, I create multiple scripts to aid in this endeavor. This will include scripts to make backups of the customer machine if a reimage or if data loss is possible to back up users data, drivers, installers, and almost any change the customer could do, while making it extremely easy for a tech to click a few buttons and walk away to aid other machines. Other scripts would be more central to the remediation efforts which will very per on vulnerability.⁍ Operations for these project will be moved to different buildings and locations as need per demand on the project. This lead to cleaver ways to keep the operations tools, and assets portable well limiting the down time during the transitions.

⁍Manned Call Center phones to provide aid to Hanscom AFBemployees, with computer issues, network issues, and generalquestions and guidance for base related operations.⁍Created new programs and scripts in MSDOS/Batch to aid all callcenter employees with automating more time consuming taskssuch as program install. This includes programs that allow techs to fire and forget installs for programs like office and adobe that would normally take hours over vpn. Other features includes quick exportable reports of the health of machines from SDC version, services listing, event logs. Due to the PPE shortage, we had used many PPE from many vendors outside of our normal vendors. Prices and quantities had to be logged to ensure that weekly and monthly financial report was as accurate as possible. Inside the office, I took temperature and log employees before entering the office and aid regulator affairs in many changes to policy as the federal standard changed.Accomplishments:I increased productivity by adding macros to team member machines and communal computers to repeat the same jobs that occur more than once a day, greatly decreasing the time needed to perform routine tasks.

Maintain logs from the past shift and ensure that any information, changes, concerns, and more were passed to the weekend crew that was not on-site during the normal workweek. I would relay any concerns they may have, troubleshoot issues, and provide aid.Help train the ever-changing workforce to bring up to speed with standard operating procedures.

On-call officer. I would fill gaps left behind due to missing employees, emergencies, pop-ups, and others. Once on-site using past experience learn what is need for that shift to be able to maintain the status quo and keep customer relations.
