Currently leading a multi-disciplinary team on a $400 million redevelopment of the 1970's vintage Main Terminal at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, which is being designed and constructed by Alaska Airlines under a P3/Progressive Design Build delivery format. Led a team of 4 FTE and 6 consultant PMs responsible for managing and overseeing in excess of $130 million in tenant construction work in the terminal, airfield and landside/rental car facility. Led a team that selected and implemented a $3 million, 5 year contract for a terminal-wide reusable construction barricade system along with an associated Airport branding, graphics and passenger way-finding program. Collaborates extensively with Airport Operations, Aviation Maintenance and other stakeholders on the Airport Wide Passenger Loading Bridge (PLB) Renewal and Replacement Program. Responsible for developing and implementing the new in-house PLB refurbishement effort and led a diverse team of industry professionals that produced new master specifications for both the PLB procurement and PLB refurbishment programs at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. Led a CPI/Lean team established to simplify contractor access badging and key issue procedures that was implemented airport-wide and resulted in significant cost and time savings for the Airport as well as our tenants and their contractors.
