Process duties include maintaining raw material silos, batch house and blender, their transport systems, a 2800 degree melter furnace, platinum drain bushings, and wet cut choppers. Utilities duties include maintaining Ingersol Rand Centac air compressors, Trane chillers, and their peer to peer networks, a propane backup system, a diesel generator, and a process water and fire water system.

Worked as third shift maintenance group leader in the built in refrigerator department where I Maintained Amada turret punch presses, sheet metal benders and gap presses using electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC troubleshooting skills while minimizing machine downtime. Worked as an Electrician on the construction of a central water chiller facility for NASA at the Marshall Space Flight Center. Duties included removal of old electrical equipment, building new conduit racks, installing new variable frequency drives and controls, and troubleshooting new facility before start up.

Performed multi-craft maintenance on all plant machinery using electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC troubleshooting skills.
