We work extensively across the central London boroughs and our portfolio encompasses hotels and restaurants, private residences, family housing, offices and private members clubs. A large part of our work involves the refurbishment and adaptation of historic fabric and we have successfully secured planning and listed building consents in sensitive planning contexts. We are regularly appointed to work with Grade 1 and Grade II heritage assets and one of our recent notable completions is the refurbishment and extension of 46 Berkeley Square, a grade I listed building that is the new home for Annabel's, London's most exclusive private members club. We have a talented and passionate team of architects and designers with a diversity of skills from site and building evaluation to concept and technical design, interior design and construction management. We also have long established relationships with consultants and contractors who are experienced in delivering the type of projects that we do, to a high standard of workmanship and with a great degree of skill and care.
