• Led the hardware baseband team in completing the development of product models such as, 3G A830 Talon, 3G A925 Paragon ID1 and ID2, 3G A1000 and 3G M1000 phones. • Completed the electrical qualification and testing of the battery, design of HW charging topology and algorithm.• Completed the design of product power management tree architecture, and analysis of current drain reduction. • Evaluated performance verification of Power Management IC and other critical components of the design.

• Played a key role to the HW development processes of GSM PCS1900 Spritle and CDMA Dual Mode Ti-Band Tarpon phones. • Led the electrical qualification and testing of the LCD, acoustic testing, power management, current reduction analysis, baseband IC verification, field testing and more.

• Contributed to the HW development process of the PCS1900 Spanky phone. Led and completed TX VCO stabilization, acoustic testing, field testing and PCB LED analysis and more.

• Optimized the frequency propagation COST231 model through Odyssey, by writing program to calculate the average error of the signal strength with Mathematica.• Checked and balanced the parameters between the Operation Maintenance Center and Odyssey through the Network Interface Manager.
