I am excited to have joined long-time, good friends at Stella Point Capital, a middle-market private equity firm based in New York. I worked closely with Stella Point and its two Managing Partners, Adam Godfrey and Justin Wender, on two capital raises when I was at Mercury Capital Advisors, as a Managing Partner and Co-Founder, and worked on two fund raisings with Justin, when he was president and CIO of Castle Harlan and when I was at Merrill Lynch and later after we formed Mercury. Alan has led fund raising assignments for buyout, growth equity, real estate, venture capital, secondary, credit and distressed funds and investments for general partners in the U.S., Europe, Asia, Latin America and Australia.
