My primary role included maintaining shop stock levels by arranging and managing the logistics of stock transportation during the shift. My secondary role was as delivery coordinator, which required me to independently carry out delivery checklists, manage paperwork, inspect quality of products and communicate with other team members to move stock. I was entrusted as back-up shift manager, leading a team, delegating tasks and mediating any problems throughout a shift. I was assigned the unit’s “Your Shout” representative, which involved me gathering team members concerns and relaying them to management.
