Responsibility for all Go North East core data for stops, routes and timetable information for integrated scheduling package. Scheduling responsibility for light rail Metro replacement services and costing of tenders and contracts. Invoicing for the above and Metro ticket acceptance.Construction of data for Real Time Information System and passenger travel information applications.Development of internal commercial systems to provide integration with scheduling software and other management systems.Preparation, pricing and submission of company tender and contract bids, working with such organisations as Nexus (PTA) , Durham County Council, Northumberland County Council Gateshead Council ,Newcastle City Council,North Tyneside Council, Gateshead NHS, Cobalt Business Park, Npower and the local Cheder and Ateres Education establishments.

Whilst continuing with the responsibilities of the Schedules Officer, additionally allocated the development and introduction of computer scheduling software package to replace slow manual process.A staged introduction to all the companies garages was gradually introduced over an 18 month period.

Responsibility for scheduling 2 of the companies garages, including 150 vehicles and approx. 400 drivers. Reporting to Planning Managers North and South and the Commercial Manager. Compilation of all daily duties and rosters in accordance with national and local agreement, and the negotiation of said duties and rosters and local agreements with the recognised Trades Union body.

General administration in a busy traffic/schedules office, public timetable inquiry's and complaints.Experience of all aspects of a busy working bus depot. Cash counting, manual wage calculation, driver allocation, scheduling, drivers hours analysis and weekly rosters. Also staff supervision, work allocation and radio control experience. Operational complaints investigation and general administration.
