Current•Lead organizational alignment projects to evaluate departments from people, process, and systems perspectives, and lead change management initiatives to maximize operational efficiency and minimize waste. Develop and lead multi-site Operational Quality and Continuous Improvement team. Train, Mentor, and Coach team in principles of Quality, Operational Excellence, Project Management, and Operational Change Management. Champion culture change in the operation.•Training Program Design and Implementation for Workforce optimization. Develop skill matrices to manage employee skill profiles, create career paths, and identify cross-training opportunities. Implement train the trainer initiative to execute training.•Support ISO 9001:2015 QMS Facilitation. Integrate LSS principles with the QMS. Train internal auditors and develop layered process auditing program. Revamp quality and operational procedures and documentation to drive continuous improvement.
