I have broad experience as a Clinical Psychologist and manager and have worked across a number of settings including the Justice Sector, Health, Private Practice and not for profit Christian organisations. I have recently moved from my role at Corrections back into private practice and consultancy. For the past 15 years I have specialised in the assessment and treatment of high risk offenders in prison and community settings. My most recent role at Corrections involved development and design of professional practice for psychologists working in the Department of Corrections and included providing professional and ethical advice directly to psychologists as well as advice on policy development. Project work was a key component of the role as well as leading a team of senior psychologists at National Office. Throughout my practice I have provided professional supervision to a wide range of professionals including Registered Psychologists, A&D workers, Social Workers, Counsellors and Pastors.
