I worked for Suntrust Bank for 38 years until my job was outsourced to IBM/Brazil. I was a Production Monitoring Analyst monitoring 20 Lpars on multiple consoles. Responsible for monitoring jobs running on the systems, as well as hardware and software messages. Coordinated conference calls with users, programmers, management vendors and tech people on any problems encountered. Have experience with MVS, JES2, TSO/SPF, VTAM, CICS, OMEGAMON and OMEGAVIEW, CA7, MICROSOFT WORD, NETCOOL and HP SERVICE CENTER. I have also worked with the 9310 Timberline tape silos for many years and recently with the STK 8500 and the IBM TS3500.Prior to my current position my previous jobs were Data Control clerk, worked in Distribution, Check Sorter Operator, Printer Operator and Computer Operator 1, 2 and 3. I have an Associate of Arts Degree from Valencia Junior College in Orlando, Florida. Over the years I have taken a number of classes online at Suntrust University. I have also created documentation for running job streams as well as train new operators.
