I am Founder, President and CEO for WaterFleet, LLC, an industry-leading, full-service provider of mobile water and wastewater treatment solutions for remote locations. The company’s innovative technology and green solutions have transformed the remote-location water and domestic wastewater industry, significantly improving remote workforce living conditions and reducing the cost and environmental risk of traditional wastewater services. WaterFleet operates a technology-as-a-service platform by leasing its systems to customers and providing ongoing compliant treatment and remote monitoring services.During my tenure with Steelhead, I developed capabilities in the engineering field covering mechanical design, process development and design, electrical and electronic design and programming, as well as manufacturing process management. I have personally developed products, as well as leading a product development team, These efforts have pushed Steelhead, Inc. to the forefront of innovation in the industry. An additional goal has been placing an emphasis on in-house manufacturing, building a fully capable manufacturing operation that produces every Steelhead design. Using these capabilities, I have been able to bring a much needed solution to the oil exploration sector in the form of The Water Rig and supporting systems. In order to assure the introduction and expansion of these solutions into the market, I founded WaterFleet, LLC with Allison Pyle, my wife, in January 2014. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University. I have three children and reside in San Antonio, Texas, with my wife of 32 years.
