- Established traffic data quality framework to improve the data collection and enhance data quality. - Partnered industry players to conduct various research and technology trials such as the use of mobile app to provide asset management and on-site maintenance of ITS field equipment, use of smart sensors to provide vehicle priority at traffic light intersections as well as the development of a traffic decongestion and prediction algorithm.

- Responsible for partnering with industry player to conduct technology trial using new location-based services (LBS) in mobile applications to support traffic management. - Established traffic data licensing and data sharing framework. - Developed and launched the Traffic Message Channel Location Table (TMC-LT) for use by the industry in navigation systems and applications. - Research and develop intelligent algorithm to study route patterns and trends.

- Responsible for managing and implementing multi million dollars baggage handling system (BHS) and check-in counters projects in the Asia-Pacific region particularly in India and Thailand.

- Responsible for managing ITS and transport- related projects implementation in Singapore particularly in government sector. - Technical pre-sales activities in the Middle East.

- Responsible for the conceptualisation, design, testing and implementation of a highly integrated traffic management and control system to support the real-time traffic operations control centre 24/7.
