I recorded invoices, bank statement charges and deposits, and updated vendor information onto Quickbooks. Preparing tax returns for previous years were completed on ProSystems Fx. With tax deadlines approaching, I helped gather paperwork for 1099 forms for year-end 2020 to send out to clients to ensure everything was returned in a timely manner to start preparing those tax returns.

I was furloughed due to COVID-19. During my time, I analyzed various hotel property reports to input data entry into Excel spreadsheets for daily balancing. These reports were used for Daily Revenue, Cash Over/Short, Hotel Occupancy, and Uploads. (general ledger entries) I also assisted with monthly audit and month-end closing.

Since then, I took on several duties including daily Automated Clearing House deposits and payments, ATM balancing, negative shares processing, posting interest checks, cash reconciliation, updating loan increases and payments, income analysis, and end of month closing of 10+ general ledger accounts.Member Service Representative: I handled a variety of member transactions from deposits and withdrawals to opening accounts, processing loan payments, and issuing money orders. My goal was to provide exceptional service through a warm welcome and a smile on my face. In return, many members enjoyed coming to my teller station upon their next visit.Accounting Assistant I: I was hired prior to a company conversion in late April 2017, which converted from the banking system, Symitar, to another banking system, Episys. During the first few months leading up to the conversion, I saved the accounting department and the credit union at least 6-7 hours per day verifying account statements, processing ACH (Automated Clearing House) deposits and withdrawals, and balancing debits and credits.
