As an experienced Product Owner/Principal Technical Consultant / Architect / Account Manager, I have had over twenty years of experience in Enterprise Content Management.I am highly motivated and skilled in ECM and have been involved in many major projects across the globe; more recently within the WestPac Group, and previously across the US, Europe, ANZ and Asia Pacific whist at FileNet, then IBM as a Principal Technical Lead. I have provided consulting services to customers and colleagues related to ECM. These services were to provide architectural guidance and to perform product installation, configuration, implementation, post-sales support and deep dive training.As a Principal Technical Consultant, I have been fortunate to provide a blend of Architectural consulting, Technical support, and Account Management; each of these skills have provided me with the necessary skills to dive deep into complex troubleshooting and problem analysis.Most recently I have transitioned into a Product Manager role for ECM within the WestPac Group.The key focus of this new role is to work closely with delivery teams to ensure they build the right functionality in a timely manner and to transform the high-level vision of the product managers into detailed requirements. This involves working closely with a range of stakeholders for the product, including non-customer stakeholders such as finance, security operations, support, audit, and others.
