I am an experienced production manager used to leading large teams of people. I currently work in the fast moving consumer goods sector and this requires me to have strong interdepartmental communication skills in order to ensure that our customers needs are met. I have excellent analysis and problem solving skills and the fast moving nature of my role requires me to effectively set plans in order to help my team achieve their goals.I have experience of a large scale change program which was delivered within a highly unionised environment.I am experienced in the use of continuous improvment tools and techniques and will regularly use these within the team environment.I manage the site production planning team ensuring that we regularly achieve our target of 99.6% order fulfilment.As well as the day to day running of the production and planning teams I have been involved in many projects of differing sizes and scope.
