I have wide ranging experience in Programme Management and Supply Chain Management expertise within industries involved in the delivery of Electro/Mechanical Hardware and Systems into High Reliability/Harsh Environments. Having spent almost 40 years in the Defence, Oil &Gas and Transportation sectors, I am able to relate and interact with Stakeholders at all levels from Workshop floor to the Board. I pride myself on my inclusive, team working and hands on approach and in the ability to get results in difficult circumstances.I am fully conversant with Programme Management, Sourcing and Sub Contract methodologies and have used them to good effect across a various demanding requirements, including developing and managing major overseas Sub Contracts within the Defence and Oil & Gas industries.Wide range of experience in Design, Production and Manufacturing disciplines.Experienced in managing mechanical design, manufacturing and integration biased Projects.
