Providing Programme Management expertise across a number of major Projects, ensuring a smooth transition into Production. Setting up a Production flow line within the Companies new Production facility to enable the Project throughputs to be achieved, whilst ensuring that the required costs and quality targets are achieved/bettered.

In this role I had a portfolio of Subsea suppliers which I Managed through the complete Contract and Product lifecycle. This included initial identification, competency assessment, down selection, ITO biding, contract award and OTR execution including requirement sell off and acceptance. The supply base covers UK, Europe, USA and the Far East with each supplier selected to give best advantage to the Worldwide GE customer base. Responsible for spend in excess of £16M per year.

In this Project Management role I was responsible for the successful procurement, integration and delivery of a number of Mastiff 3 vehicles to fulfill a UOR let by the Protected Mobility Team within DE&S.

Responsible for the Management of a number of Major Programmes and overseas Sub Contract Programmes.

Responsible for all aspects of Management of a Major subcontract with an overseas supplier.

Responsible for all Production Departments (Mechanical Services, Assembly and Wiring, Test, Prototype services, Calibration etc…) Ensure that the Manufacturing requirements of all Projects on site were met, in terms of timely delivery, within the defined budget and to the required quality conditions. Involved extensive scheduling, logistical and man management activities (over 100,000 man hrs per year.)
