Offshore

Inbound manifest,offload and back load sheets created for the safe and efficient back loading and unloading of supply vessels.Assist the drilling supervisor with the scheduling and delivery of all the rental materials and contractor personnel to rig and meet operational requirements.Liaise with onshore marine controllers,onshore DMC and heli admin provide plans and guidance for the delivery of materials and personnel to and from the installation.Maintain accurate records of materials manifested on board and high cost rental material in the computer, and hard copy as required. Monitor usage and return of all 3rd party rentals.Preparation , issue of dangerous goods documentation for the shipment of material classified by the UN as dangerous for shipment by air or sea.Assist with the execution of installation waste management policy and procedure including accurate documentation for all company produced waste shipments in accordance with SEPA regulations.By means of 12 day rolling daily look ahead provide notice of future requirements to service suppliers on all well equipment and manning resource requirements and timings.

Liaise daily with onshore drilling logistics,attend monthly drilling meetings.Organise slinging of casing / tubular loadouts as per customer loadlists.Supervise and plan daily activity workload for onsite OCTG inspection team,crane and squad.Issue, return and transfer of drilling stock using TMAX computer system.Monthly casing,tubing preservation stock checks.Issue material requisitions and picking lists,manifest only documents to enable stock material to be manifested for various locations.Receive and coordinate all inbound drilling material for either stock ,repair or company vendor returns.

Accurately receive and coordinate all manifests, loadlists pertaining to inbound and outbound material and deck cargo using TMAX computer systems.All warehouse stock movements in accordance with customer and company requirements.Ensure safe working,shipping practices both client and operations team are adhered to at all times.Liaise with quayside team,relevant internal departments ensuring quality customer service.Be conversant with client systems and methods of operation.Complete personal,team and company objectives.Ensure documentation for all explosives, radioactive and other dangerous goods material are completed in accordance with company procedures.
