On secondment from the Site Group International I was employed by the PNG joint venture company South Pacific Employment Institute. I was responsible for the business training division that provides Diplomas in Business and Public Sector Management aligned with the Pacific Leadership and Governance initiative. I also developed and delivered a series of Professional Development courses to our corporate clients including most of PNG's State Owned Enterprises.

Established and managed the distance education faculty at Site Institute. My role evolved from Project Manager to Campus Manager at the time of launch which was March, 2015. Prior to the distance education position I was Faculty Head at the Brisbane campus of Site Institute.

Developed online learning systems for the delivery of accredited business and management courses into India, China and South-East Asia. Also provided consulting services to Mission Australian and Max Employment where I developed and delivered a number of Professional Development short courses. Also provided consulting services to Connected Inc. (Registered Charity), The Reserve Vault (High security bullion storage facility) and Booroodabin Bowls Club (Function centre and sports club).

Project managed residential land sub-divisions including sub-contractors and marketing agents.
