Experienced Registered Architect with a demonstrated 40(+)year history of working in the architecture & planning industry. Skilled in Design,Negotiation, AutoCAD, Photography, Feasibility Studies, and Residential & Commercial projects throughout Australia. Strong arts and design professional with a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) Thesis on Heritage & Conservation from NSW Institute of Technology (U.T.S.) has lead to work on Heritage Committees for Nambucca Valley Council from 1980’s through to recent work on verandah/shopfront restoration relating to Macksville’s River Port period. *5 completed projects involving heritage research, design , community & Council consultation, tendering, and Contract Administration/ Construction. (2019- 2021).*Appointed by Council to design a New Town Plan for Bowraville (2021-2022) -involved in our role as Council’s Heritage Expert, combining civic design, Conservation, Town Planning and Community Consultation for the historic “Verandah Post Town”.*Currently working with Lismore City Council through BASEC Engineering’s Flood Recovery contract advising and designing on Council’s various flood-damaged heritage public buildings (2022).*2023- 2024: continuing work on various new and renovated residential projects, particularly in Scott’s Head, Macksville, Nambucca Heads, and Coffs Harbour with some interesting new projects in The Blue Mountains and Sydney City.
