As an Industrial Contract Manager, I led and coached a high-performing team over multiple locations as well as provided technical expertise and assistance in the areas of maintenance and upkeep of equipment and heavy machinery. I was able to control all operational activities that included, employee engagement, management, record keeping, and invoicing using Microsoft Windows and Mac OS.Some key achievements in this role included:• Eliminated waste and reduced cost by creating and implementing efficient operational processes and procedures.• Skillfully operated multiple heavy machineries - forklift, scissor lift, articulating lift, hi-lo, and overhead crane.• Repaired concrete floors for industrial plants, built custom heavy machinery for Suncor Energy (Alberta, CA), performed rigging of heavy equipment for safe and proper installation, and specialized in industrial cleanings such as water and media blasting and dry ice cleaning. Customized pipefitter for pneumatic, hydraulic, and water lines.

During my time with Midwest Water Blasting, Inc., I worked as a mechanical apprentice and groundskeeper. As a key contributor to the company, I expertly cleaned and maintained heavy machinery as well as performed commercial decontamination.
