Responsible for the analysis, proposal, presentation and demonstration of solutions to business requirements. This covers both potential customers and current clients. Provides business knowledge and product expertise to communicate how solutions meet the client’s needs. Keeps abreast of emerging trends within the client base and determines appropriate solutions to meet those needs. Performs business analysis to support solution architecture proposal and business case production.Recently developed a Rolling Stock Implementation Framework. This provides a best practice approach to implementing Asset Management systems into train maintainers and operators.

Responsible for the quality of the overall Single Asset Solution into EDF Energy Design Authority. The solution includes Ellipse (EAM), FDCS (Mobile data collection), Integration (to SAP and control system) and data migration from multiple data sources.Key achievements:• Reduced project risk through a Project Assurance review, highlighting key risks and issues and suggesting mitigating actions• Acceptance of design by EDF Energy key stakeholders enabling build to progress to schedule• Established as “trusted advisor” to EDF Design team• Management of key stakeholder relationships• Delivery of a Design Sign-off Strategy and Plan enabling all parties to understand and agree the requirements for sign-off• Delivery of a “Proof of Concept” of the full solution• Establishment of a Design Change Process to control solution configuration
