I am responsible for both the South East Parts Operation and the South East Product Support Account Managers, my goal is to ensure that the parts achieve or exceed budget and that the South East workshops are full at all times thus ensureing as a region we achieve our parts and service EBIT.

I am responsible for the service operations (including profit and loss) of Finning’s branches, workshops and field service in the Central West region.

Managed depots in the Midlands & South Wales regions. Responsible for revenue, expense controls, health & safety, service and profit & loss.

Customer Account Manager specialising in the waste industry, responsible for ensuring that the Central West Region achieved sales targets for the year.

Responsible for ordering plant and equipment, R&D with regards to bespoke equipment, assisting the H&S Manager with compliance testing and the Company CPC holder for the heavy goods vehicles.

Ground Support Technician responsible for ensuring that the equipment servicing the aircraft whilst on the ground was operational at all times.
