Operations & Logistics Support for the Cisco Demo Loan Program for the ANZ Sales Team.

• Creating Work instructions and process documentation, including response scripts for the customer service teams.
• Monitoring a call centre, Live help chat function and Instant Message & email.
• System support for the ordering tool.
• Logistical support for delivery times, ETA’s.
• Giving advice on backlogged products, suggesting alternatives and updating the sales teams on status of backlog fulfillment and order status.
• Reporting to Sales and Finance leadership to help them forecast Capital Expense budget usage based on their demo loan usage levels.

• Being a point of contact for the Australia & New Zealand Sales teams
• Acted as a gateway for all incoming and outgoing freight as the demo equipment was imported and exported back to our DLP facility in San Jose, California.
• Arranging delivery of equipment to customers, and Picking up the equipment (once the loan period expired) from Customers
• Preparing export documentation and booking the export itself.
• Design and implement specialised Demo Loan Bundles and Kits for Demonstrating new product ranges and market specific solutions for use worldwide.

• Day to day maintenance and administration of our Briefing, Demonstration and Proof of Concept Networking Laboratories throughout Australia.
• Ensuring all equipment was up to date and functioning at their best.
• Purchasing new updated equipment as required.
• Building network configurations for engineering team as directed.
• Entering new assets into asset management system.
• Auditing assets on hand, and reconciling variances.
