I have a total of 12 years experience of IT support ranging from being a front line agent for major corporations like Best Buy and HP on the phones. Also providing face to face support to an organization with over 4,000 staff and 26,000 students. Currently in a role providing internal IT support to a company that provides IT services to a wide range of industries. Providing me with the experience and knowledge to understand how IT is affecting a broad range of businesses. I am always looking to learn more and stay current with emerging technologies. I enjoy providing the best support so that people don't have to think about the technology they are using but think more about what they want to accomplish with it.
