3NRR02 North Rillito Interceptor (NRI) Relief Sewer Project – Assisted and supported the project manager and project superintendent on this $2.4 million wastewater conveyance project that included crossing the Rillito River with steel siphon piping and the installation of biofilter odor control facilities. Coordinated and managed the project submittals, weekly and total scheduling, subcontractor agreements and task contol, purchase orders, requests for information (RFIs), pay applications, conflict resolution process actions, electronic document control, and technical support to the field teams through interpretation of the plans and specifications. Assisted with primary job controls and provided technical support and direction for the Pima County Project Management Office (PMO) hard bid projects 322C14 and 3HE614 totaling $829,805. These projects encompassed manhole rehabilitation work, pavement replacement, cured in place pipe (CIPP) lining, point repair excavations, flow management planning, feasibility reporting to Pima County, and project document control, i.e., human resource management planning, quantity take-offs, materials pricing, estimates on labor and equipment costs, subcontractor agreements, purchase orders and pay applications.Provided supervision, technical direction, and required documentation records on Job Order Contract (JOC) Work for Pima County Regional Wastewater Reclamation Department (J.O.s 23, 31, 36, 38, 40) totaling $1.7 Million. Scopes of work for these J.O.s included new water and wastewater installations, new manhole installations, earthwork operations, plant habitat restoration, CIPP lining, large intersection excavation point repairs, odor control facility QA/QC improvements, traffic control planning, flow management planning and interfacing with affected customers and governing agencies (PCRWRD, PC Field Engineering, PCRFCD, PCNRPR, USACE, COT-DOT, TEP, Tucson Water, and ADOT).
