Chief Executive responsible for management and finances of the Lutheran Health Care Faculty Practice; full P&L responsibility. Day to day management and oversight of the Faculty Practice operations including Staffing, Billing, Collections, and management of real estate holdings. Recruitment of physicians and programmatic development. Integration with and transition to the NYU Faculty Group Practice. Managed all aspects of faculty practice through period of tremendous growth, significantly increased number of employed physicians, acquiring multiple medical practices and opening new office locations.
