AMEC was my first design experience since Graduating from university. Within 2 months of my appointment I was given the opportunity to take on the Lead design role for a huge construction project commissioned by AMEC involving Connoco-Phillips and Chevron in the North Sea (Britannia Satellites Project). Working closely alongside Health and Safety and the AMEC, Connoco-Phillips and Chevron marketing departments, I was involved in all projects from brief to delivery of marketing and safety collateral for the Britannia Satellites project. Work included but not limited to, posters, E-flyers, newsletters, safety manuals, technical drawings, flash presentations and the general day to day updating of the Britannia Satellites project website.
