As Project Manager I was responsible for taking each project from the design feasibility phase, then through the tendering process. My role required that I develop a robust project programme of works incorporating method statements, risk assessments and a resource plan. I was responsible to procure the resources and source materials to deliver each project milestone. Started as a Foreman Carpenter, progressing to Site Manager. Duties included co-ordinating the on site labour and running projects from start to completion on site, ensuring that all safety, quality and budgetary standards where adhered to.

Self employed within the construction industry, predominately carpentry and joinery and partitioning installations.

Served apprenticeship for carpentry and joinery and once qualified I stayed on with the company as a manufacturer/installer of joinery products.
