Working with my team to deliver the Trust conservation program at a range of sites in the Southwest and meet the targets of our higher level stewardship and biodiversity action plans. Also helping to sensitively improve access so that other beings can come and enjoy the amazing outdoors :)

To manage and lead a diverse team to help me look after the countryside, including but not limited to - reservoirs, woodlands, grasslands and wetland. Manage an activity centre, campsite and cafe site. To connect and lease with local stakeholders to promote productive working relationships and systems across the borders. To improve access for visitors to come have fun, relax and be closer to nature while working to achieve a balance between the range of outdoor facilities so that everyone feels welcome

To design a range of gardens from kitchen gardens to sub tropical spaces to help tell the Trelonk wellbeing story to our visitors. To lead a team of enthusiastic and professional horticulturalists as well as ecologists to help me establish and maintain these gardens. To design and implement the countryside management plan and collaborate with the technical farm manager to operate in line with our mid tier stewardship level and work towards the current farming act and sustainable farm initiatives. To plan,understand and responsibly utilise the annual budget. Using useful software such as excel, outlook calendar share point and teams to manage key performance indicators, time and staff allocation resourcefully, reduce organisation costs, and carbon footprint

All manner of countryside conservation, access and engagement projects from fencing to habitat management to leading groups of volunteers in beach cleans and wildlife educational days

Welcome visitors, plan/run community engagement activities such as edible plant life and beach craft days
