During the course of my employment with Arlington County in the Engineering and Capital Projects Division, I have worked on over 25 capital construction projects where I was very involved in organizing and implementing a collaborative approach encouraging citizen participation as well as planning, implementing and managing the projects. For each project, I was directly responsible in obtaining all right-of-way agreements. On these specific projects, and many others, my responsibilities including working with numerous stakeholders, including residents and commercial property owners, engineers, planners, transportation planners, the County arborist, the landscape architect, zoning and the County Attorney's Office in addressing and resolving concerns raised by property owners.

Prepared and presented training on the features and benefits to client staff. At. U.S. RealTel, conducted comprehensive problem solving analysis on behalf of major commercial property portfolios to resolve significant delays in having access agreements approved in a timely period. Create solutions working with commercial property managers, building maintenance staff, and multiple telecommunications with varied requirements. Developed and implemented solutions to accelerate execution of agreements and installation of equipment and services. Reduced deal processing from 6 months to 30 days in most instances with regular interface with property owners, real estate acquisition teams and other departments both within U.S. RealTel and others.
