Working daily to maintain all internal quality controls and targets are being reached and maintained. Also making sure that all MDF products pass all relative ISO and EN standards. Lead role in several product trials to achieve product optimisation. These range from process recipes changes (additives rates being increased or decreased), production line settings being altered (forces applied, heating distribution, moisture levels etc), or changing post production parameters (sanding speeds, grit sequence of belts etc), to achieve product optimisation.

Worked daily in the Quality Control Lab and the Environmental Lab in accordance to all relative ISO standards. Lead role in trial which focused on optimising parameters of sander.

Worked as a Packaging Operator which involved operating the bread slicer and also organising batches and quantities of bread in regards to order sheets and driver route choices.
