I worked as a Police Officer for the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland. My job was to protect the people, property and operations of the Federal Reserve. I received extensive training using the Glock, Shotgun, HK 416, ASP, handcuffing, OC, self defense, verbal judo and influence, and legal training during my time in the academy.

Richland, Ohio

I worked as a Corrections Officer at Richland Correctional Institution. The prison houses over 2500 inmates that I am employed to protect and make sure follow all institutional rules. During my on site training and time at the Corrections Training Acamedy I have been trained to work all posts at the prison. These positions are as follows housing units, yard officer, segregation officer, hospital transport officer, rec officer, kitchen officer, entry officer, sallyport, perimeter and control center officer. I have also been trained on and I am recertified annually on first aid/AED, hand gun, shot gun, OC and unarmed self defense. I also was trained and certified to help train new Officers that were hired by the ODRC to work at Richland Correctional. During my time there I also became certified in Crisis Intervention Training.

I ran the security operations for the North Point building in downtown Cleveland, Ohio. I oversaw 20 officers in three connected office buildings and an attached 1000 space parking garage. I did all hiring, training, payroll and had to enforce all policies and procedures.This was a start up contract for OSS. I came in and rebuilt the staff, post orders, computers, all forms and installed a detex partol system throughout the complex.

Oversaw 3O accounts for Securitas. This position had me meeting with all account representatives and training all my employees. I also was tasked with keeping all accounts on budget and keeping all sites fully staffed. This position was also in charge of keeping all employees fully uniformed, trained and all sites ran as safe and secure as possible. We also entered all payroll for all of our sites weekly. Securitas management also used me as the go to employee to install and show prospective clients the Securitas Vision system. This system was a computer based system that contained our log books, rounds, incident report program, a built in camera and flash light and was also portable so the officer could carry while on rounds. During my employment I traveled to numerous sites around Northern Ohio to tutor and install this program at sites that Securitas had. My career at Securitas started as a Site Manager at the North Point site. I started there when Securitas received the site. I built the entire security system from the ground up. I installed post orders, pass on logs, forms, key logs, training programs, computers and phone systems, and I did all training, hiring and payroll. I also trained my replacement after I accepted the position of Branch Manager with Securitas.

As a security officer I manned the sit down posts to help enforce building access. I also ran the security office with all the cameras, alarm systems, phones, elevators and access control systems. I also made all employee I.D. badges and finger printed new employees.

As a surveillance officers I used the cctv system to oversee the casino. I watched over the slot machines, the cash room, the table games, the parking lot and the casino office. I also watched all slot winners and recorded all action of winners of taxable amounts.
