After spending years defending large corporations, doctors, hospitals, nursing homes, and insurance companies in serious injury and wrongful death cases, I left behind a partnership in an insurance defense firm to fight for justice for the families of those tragically hurt or killed because of the carelessness or wrongdoing of others.I have personally recovered over $60 million for my injured clients and their families, and have a proven track record in the courtroom with victories in jury trials involving allegations of medical malpractice, products liability, negligent security, premises liability, and motor vehicle negligence.
