I am the site leader of the Winnipeg Regional Delivery Center (RDC). The RDC in Winnipeg addresses address the needs of local clients, clients across Canada, and clients across North America. My responsibility is to work with account executives, sales executives, delivery managers, and other site leaders to provide individuals, teams, and services to meet the needs of their clients while at the same time growing our business, our revenue, and the RDC.Over the past three years I have brought the RDC from start up to a fully operational. As part of the start-up I developed a rate card model, staffing plans, sales pipelines, salary guidance, and the development of a labor pyramid. Key responsibilities included site redevelopment, communication regarding the RDC to the sales, bid response, account, and delivery teams along strategies for making use of the RDC. The RDC is measured against a strict set of metrics. I am directly responsible and accountable for providing monthly Key Performance Indicator data to a centralized team.
