Business lead on numerous releases of internal as well as external software application upgrades. Oversaw system releases from beginning to end focusing on thorough documentation, testing and implementation of product upgrades. Lead on Sarbanes Oxley protocol for a rating software application. Ensured all controls were executed appropriately and all sign off's were documented according to corporate standard. Analyst for a rewrite of a Risk Management application to change from client to web access. Project entailed creating new user interfaces, data mapping, user stories, performance requirements and testing, user acceptance testing.
