As an Airport Operations Executive, I ensure smooth and efficient airport operations and deliver exceptional customer service, while handling multiple challenges and crises, such as flight delays, cancellations, baggage issues, and safety incidents. With logical reasoning, problem-solving, and communication skills, I have achieved enhanced customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention, as well as contributed to the growth and development of IndiGo, by implementing innovative ideas, best practices, and quality standards. I have also participated in training and coaching programs for new and existing staff, sharing my knowledge and experience in the aviation industry. I have a Bachelor's degree in Aviation/Airway Management and Operations from Bharathiar University and an IATA certification, which provide me with a strong academic and professional background.
