Vice President/Senior Accounting Manager - Treasury & Security Services (TSS) (2008 – 2009)Monitored and prepared entries as required for division wide issues, including severance, and staff incentive compensation. Interfaced with corporate groups for reporting purposes and coordinated certain TSS submissions for SEC use and other regulatory filings.Vice President - Treasury Services (TS) (1989 – 2008)Integrated the billing systems of merged banks (Chemical & Manufacturers Hanover, Chemical & Chase) into single systems. Assumed responsibility for the finance function at a new facility in Florida and served as the remote Controller to implement accounting processes and prepare financial statements. Conducted due diligence and subsequent integration of two large companies acquired by Treasury Services with combined revenue of more than $750 million annually.Vice President/Assistant Vice President/Manager/Assistant Manager (1980 – 1989)Supported Corporate Controller on special projects, including implementing a new GL format, selling a company, and implementing new corporate forecasting information for reporting to senior management. Served as Capital Markets Liaison for accounting issues, special projects and accounting policy; and worked as deputy head of the GL group, supervising a staff of 40 over two shifts.

Prepared all internal and external financial statements for the company. Also worked to provide the controller with needed reports for assignments he provided to the executive office.

I primarily performed audits of a number of companies. I prepared the financial statements and worked with the Tax and Audit Review teams in order to get the required reports out. I also prepared the tax returns and the management letter for the clients.
