I enjoy being a part of the work our customers do and helping them achieve their aims in what are particularly challenging times in the Housing sector.Our mobile working solutions provide masses of functionality covering all aspects of tenancy management, are fast, secure, work with or without a mobile data signal and I think they look great!Our integration team loves a challenge, particularly where other companies have said something isn't possible. We can electronically transfer data seamlessly between internal systems and establish B2B integration. We link applications to other applications, phone systems, contractors systems, document management systems, anything.We are now merging the two functions to provide secure access to any system, from anywhere, at any time.

I was a part of the original team that set up South Warwickshire Housing Association following the stock transfer from the Council. We transferred all the IT systems from Stratford on Avon DC to the new HA (later to become part of Heart of England Housing).An active role on the Senior Management Team gave me a thorough appreciation (and respect) for the work carried out by staff delivering front line services in the Housing and Care sector.Selected and implemented the Orchard Housing management system along with OpenAccounts financials. Went on to chair the Orchard user group and meet some great people working in other HAs and Council's.
