About Alan Talevi

20 years of experience in the fields of cheminformatics, molecular modelling, and drug discovery,Currently, I work as a Principal Researcher at the Argentinean Council of Scientific and Technical Research (CONICET), where I lead several projects on the development and application of computational methods and machine learning techniques to identify and optimize bioactive compounds for various therapeutic targets. I am a Full Professor of Biopharmacy and Pharmacokinetics at UNLP and Head of the Laboratory of Bioactive Research and Development (LIDeB, UNLP), where I coordinate a multidisciplinary team of researchers and students who work on drug design and pharmacology. I serve as an Associate Editor for Frontiers in Natural Products (Informatics and Computational Methods), and as a member of the Editorial Board of Expert Opinion on Drug Discovery and Curent Therapeutic Research.
