I have taken on various roles, such as Technology Engineering Manager and Delivery Manager. Since 2021, I have been leading the engineering for Wholesale Low Code No Code Center of Enablement (COE), where I built a delivery team from scratch and established the COE engineering foundation. This platform now supports over hundreds of developers and thousands of users, with a robust governance framework. Our efforts have resulted in a threefold increase in time-to-market delivery speed and a 50% reduction in costs.I am also deeply engaged in innovation, applying cutting-edge technology in solution delivery. As an engineering lead, I implemented the first Generative AI (OpenAI) solution in Wholesale Banking.From 2019 to 2021, I led several successful projects, including China VATI (Value Added Tax Invoice), CBA Blockchain, PBOC Blockchain, and the infrastructure ITPM for CDG (Customer Document Gateway). These projects received significant recognition from senior IT and business stakeholders.

As project manager to lead flagship projects to accelerate the digital transformation and modernization to enhance business competitiveness by enabling faster adaptation to market, improving end user and client experience, optimizing operations and improving efficiency.The key responsibility including annual portfolio budget planning, product road-map planning, solution design, project planning, cost and schedule control, procurement management and business change management etc.Moreover, as Agile transformation enabler through collaboration of business and IT, provide training and consulting, tailor Agile process to in line with organization needs, and successfully run pilot Agile project.Successfully led the evolution of digitalization of retail loan application platform and operation process, it had reduced the TTA (Time to approval) from 3 days to 1 day, improved sales leads conversion rate with Express approval feature. Moreover, it also has mobile version for sales which was the first App in the Southern China Auto Finance industry enabled with OCR, Facial recognition and e-sign, to provide more secure and compliant with great user experience for retail customers.

- As HSBCnet implementation manager to plan the usage of the environment, standardize project documentation and implementation procedure, liaison with business lines to define implementation roadmap and application teams to implement core features to in country globally- Take participate in HSBCnet quarterly IT release management to facilitate the liaison between Business Operations, IT Operations, IT Project Teams etc. to guarantee smooth and timely delivery of the software features and updates; Help to identify, create and implement processes to efficiently and effectively manage the release of code- Lead the implementation team leader in Guangzhou

Short Term Assignee to work with onsite team on training and assist onsite team in Vancouver for HSBCnet quarterly release and take over the ownership of HSBCnet country implementation management into HSBC Technology center in China.
