Creating a best in industry fraud prevention capability. Implemented fraud prevention capabilities across critical merchant business partners (For example British Airways, Air France, KLM, Harrods, Selfridges, John Lewis, Hertz Rent a car, Costco) by providing detailed analysis of opportunities and outcomes.  Proactively identified opportunities to reduce fraud through controls and procedural enhancements both internally and across Amex Merchant Partners. Identified opportunity to circa $200k per month in the UK by implementing procedural change allowing merchant to stop fraud at source.  Reduced overall financial exposure by ensuring a quick response to emerging fraud trends and identifying and managing appropriate solutions. Including Creditmaster attacks, romance fraud rings, data breaches, rogue merchants. Supported decision makers by creating clear and concise suite of reporting, providing information from multiple data sets. Delivered onsite and virtual consultations across all merchant industries to maximise fraud prevention opportunities and increase business partnerships.  Represented American Express at key pan European industry conferences by delivering insightful presentations and meetings to secure collaboration.
