I'm a materials scientist and PhD chemist with expertise in both aqueous and non-aqueous solution deposition of metal oxide films for semiconductor applications. In particular, I have significant experience with the characterization, manufacture/scale up, and chemistry of inorganic and organometallic metal-oxide photoresists (MOR) for use in extreme ultraviolet (EUV) lithography.I've consulted with customer-facing and supplier-facing teams to implement robust audit-passing quality management systems and SPC programs that were integral to the transition of a company from a start-up to an industry leader.I promote development of IP strategies informed by business objectives and innovation.
