I have 30 years experience in senior positions across the Australian public sector, with my principal focus being on national and state government public policy development, implementation and service delivery spanning the finance, economic, transport and energy sectors.I am able to provide professional knowledge and expertise to organisations seeking to advance their corporate agendas, in providing advice on key public policy issues (particularly in the fields of infrastructure, financing, transport, Government finances, Local-State -Commonwealth Government operations and relations), corporate governance (especially with respect to public sector entities), and in understanding the processes and operations of Government.Currently I am the Managing Director of Via Vitae Consulting and Advisory Services.Over the period December 2010 to December 2011 I held the position of the National Transport Reform Co-ordinator, with a mandate to improve productivity, efficiency and safety across the transport network, under the COAG transport reform agenda.
