Responsibilities included: P&L, sales, business development, data analytics, strategy, procurement, distribution, supply chain, contract negotiations, operations, quality, marketing, capital expenditures (CAPEX), budgets, forecasting, technology, human resources, and supervised 11 direct reports. • Grew the annual revenues by 57%. • Transformed the manufacturing plant operations and product production to maximize output and operational efficiency.
